Sometimes your home needs a little TLC. From small things like fence gate sagging or fence door that won't close and through to dry rot, repair and replace the wax ring on your toilet . For any small to medium-sized problem, just let us know what it is, and we can help ease your woes.

Our minimum job charge is $220 for the first 2 hours, with one experienced handyman on site. After that, the rate is $120 per hour, no more than 4 hours, counting the first two. We can not charge more than 500 dollars for every Project by Florida law with materials. Please be Advised*. Please note that we work for you and are not general contractors; we do not hold any specific licenses in Pinellas County. We do not handle any tasks that require licenses. However, we have a list of licensed contractors we partner with for any necessary work that requires a license, and we will refer these tasks to them.
We excel in completing “honey-do lists” of multiple tasks that need to be addressed, always under the supervision of the customer.
If you have a quick job in mind but are uncertain about additional work that could be done, we offer a complimentary 20-point home maintenance inspection at no charge.
